The day before hitting the beach, go to the gym for about two hours. Forget about cardio, simply concentrate on lifting weights. Doing so will make your muscles bulge and look tighter against your skin. Focus on working your arms, legs, butt and back, and do not do any sit-ups unless you have a flat tummy already. If there’s some fat in your tummy area, working out will make it look rounder and more protuding, so stay away from sit-ups!
