1. Hula hooping
A cheap hula hoop is the best thing for attaining sexy abs. It’s quite simple, just twirl it around your waist for 10 minutes a day. It’ll give you that soft, sexy belly dancer type of body that looks incredible in a bikini.
You don’t need to do all 10 minutes in a row. What I do is this… I do 2 minutes at a time during tv commercials. Simple!
2. Walk on an incline
Walking on a flat surface sucks if you want to lose weight fast, but walking on an incline works great. It’s like night and day as far as weight loss results go.
All you do is incline a treadmill to 10-15 degree incline and walk on it for 15-20 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week. Nothing more. If you don’t have access to a treadmill, find a hill you can walk up. These incline walks work great because they create such a massive oxygen deficit in your body.
This forces your body to scavenge your bodyfat and burn it up for quick energy.
3. Do belly rubs
Belly rubs work great for destroying belly fat. What you do is lie down and rub your hands together for 15 seconds to create heat/energy. Then you rub 1 hand in small circles around your belly button for 30-45 seconds. Do this for 3-5 minutes a day.
The heat from your hand penetrates through your skin and attacks the fat cells in your abs. They either disintegrate or loosen up and get flushed out of your body. Some fat cells are more stubborn than others, so don’t expect to burn off all of them quickly.
